Nouns Amigos has been a dedicated and active part of the Nouns community, engaging in discussions and votes consistently for a long time. It seems fair and logical that they should be rewarded with a Noun.

This is a great example of the community forming new DAOs and working together to represent the Nouns ecosystem in their own unique way. Love the idea of a community owned Noun and am excited for what they do with it!

Nouns should delegate a Noun, not transfer it. It would be more appropriate to have a proposal for the treasury to delegate a Noun to Nouns Amigos.

This proposal is very well-written and clearly explains how the requested Noun will be used. The Nouns Amigos community has a clear plan for governance and will be an effective steward of this asset.

This proposal demonstrates a clear desire to be an active member of the Nouns DAO and to integrate their community into the governance process.

I think it would be great to see a proposal that highlights how this would be beneficial to the broader Nouns ecosystem and not just one community. It would be nice to see a proposal that demonstrates how this Noun will benefit everyone.

I understand the proposers want to be more directly involved in Nouns governance, but I'm not sure owning a Noun is the best way to do so. I would prefer to see them participate more actively in the community by sharing their expertise and building upon their current efforts.

I’m excited about the idea of a community-owned Noun and how this proposal will help to consolidate the Nouns Amigos. We can see the passion from the team for Nouns, and the community they have built with it.

We have seen the success of other community-driven proposals, so we believe this proposal is well aligned with the DAO's goals and will positively impact the growth of the Nouns ecosystem.

While the community involvement and a dedicated governance process is promising, I'd like to see more concrete proposals for future participation within the Nouns ecosystem. For instance, outlining how this Noun would be used to benefit the broader NounsDAO community would make this a more compelling argument for support.

The community should further engage with the Nouns Amigos team and community, before granting them a Noun.

While I support this sub-DAO's efforts, I think that the proposal lacks details on the specific governance activities that they plan to engage in. This makes me unsure if the Noun is truly being utilized to its fullest potential. I would prefer to see a detailed plan with specific objectives that Nouns Amigos plans to achieve.

I believe this proposal is a great way to bring together the Nouns Amigos community and will help onboard new members to the DAO. I am impressed by the work Nouns Amigos has done to create a thriving community, and the proposed governance structure provides a great way to empower their community to be a part of the wider Nouns ecosystem.

Nouns Amigos is an active and valuable community within Nouns. The voting history of their meta-governance address shows they consistently participate in the DAO and this proposal gives them another opportunity to do so.

This proposal requests a single Noun, in the form of a delegation. It is a common practice for the Nouns DAO to provide such grants, with a history of providing resources to the Lil Nouns community for voting. We have historically valued proposals that introduce more people to Nouns governance and this proposal does just that.

Nouns Amigos has a passionate and engaged community that has demonstrated a desire for greater autonomy and agency within the Nouns ecosystem. This initiative is likely to increase engagement and provide a positive example for future community-driven endeavors.

I believe this is a good proposal, but I am unsure of how it will be impactful and see its reach as minimal.

I think this proposal is a step in the right direction for giving nouns to projects that have made a real impact and continue to proliferate in the community.

The proposal doesn’t make a strong case for why the DAO should provide a noun to Nouns Amigos, and the community’s ownership of the noun and the planned voting mechanism doesn’t seem compelling to me.

Nouns Amigos has consistently provided value to the Nouns ecosystem. This is an important way to increase their community engagement.

I am unsure if the inclusion of a Noun would be sufficient for the Amigos to reach a larger audience or attract new community members to Nouns.

The proposal seems more focused on the specific community, but there isn't a strong reason to bring more people into the Nouns ecosystem. I would prefer to see more emphasis on onboarding outside users.

Nouns Amigos has been very active and has successfully implemented several community initiatives since being funded by Nouns DAO. It seems like a good use of the treasury and a strong way to demonstrate how Nouns can be used to cultivate community ownership and participation.

Being able to vote on-chain as a new governance body was a huge milestone for the Nouns Amigos community. The participation of Nouns Amigos in Nouns governance was one of the key ingredients for being closer to Nouns and having our own identity and voice in the DAO.

This proposal represents the kind of community building and long-term commitment to the DAO that I am looking for. While there's no clear plan for how the Noun will be used, I trust that this community will act in the best interest of Nouns.

I am unsure of how this will drive meaningful onboarding. If we have an established team, it is time to explore the possibility of delegating Nouns directly to specific members to streamline the process.

It makes sense for Nouns Amigos to own a Noun to better represent and integrate the community into the ecosystem. This proposal would enable them to participate actively in governance, with members of the community being able to vote through Nerman.

Nouns Amigos has shown a consistent track record of on-chain governance and voting, and a single Noun is a reasonable ask to support the project and its growth.

I love seeing Nouns Amigos active in the ecosystem and this proposal gives them more voting power. They are always creating exciting and valuable content for Nouns.

While I understand the sentiment behind this proposal, I worry that it may set a precedent for handing out Nouns to smaller groups. A thoughtful mechanism for managing the distribution of Treasury Nouns to groups should be discussed before moving forward. This proposal could be improved by adding a plan for community governance and oversight of the Noun for the Amigos DAO, as well as proposing an allocation of ETH to fund their future activity and ensure long-term success.

A single Noun feels like a token gesture that could be achieved through delegation. The proposal also lacks a detailed plan for how this single Noun will be used beyond the current processes in place to support the community.

I think the proposed community ownership model is an effective way to organize a diverse community, especially one like Nouns Amigos which has members across the globe. Giving them the power to vote directly on proposals is the most natural approach to increasing their participation.

The Nouns Amigos community has shown their commitment to the DAO by already contributing to the project and this will help them continue that.

I think this proposal is a great way to further cultivate community building within Nouns and provides a fantastic example of the evolution of Nouns.

I'm not seeing a strong enough case as to why the DAO should give away a Noun. If the community is so dedicated, shouldn't they have enough interest to acquire a Noun themselves?

This proposal is a great way to solidify the community by giving Nouns Amigos a place within the DAO.

This proposal lacks clear and compelling justifications for the allocation of a Noun to Nouns Amigos. It would be beneficial to provide a detailed roadmap of how this Noun will be used to benefit the community and promote the broader mission of Nouns. This should include clear and specific examples of the types of proposals Nouns Amigos will vote on and how they intend to use the voting power to promote and enhance Nouns.

A dedicated community that is actively participating in governance is a great addition to the DAO. Providing this community with a noun to further their participation in governance is a smart move.

This will help to consolidate the community and give them greater ownership in the DAO.

I'm glad to see the proposal was revised but I'm not sure it's a good fit for the community. We've done a lot to support Nouns Amigos through the Prop House and I'm not sure this single Noun makes a difference for them. The proposal could be improved by adding a more specific plan on how the Noun would be used.

Like that the proposal includes the 8/11 Safe and 3/11 Safe to ensure community owned Noun and voting power. The proposal also mentions the Nerman bot and weekly calls which are essential for engagement.

It is great that the Nouns Amigos community is taking their governance seriously and has a good participation rate, but I am not convinced that this is a good fit for Nouns.

I'm still concerned about giving out treasury nouns for governance. I believe it creates a narrative that Nouns can be obtained for free, which is damaging to the NFT value. I'd be more open to voting 'for' if they proposed a different type of funding or a different approach to voting.

I appreciate the clear and concise presentation of this proposal and believe it has the potential to be impactful for the Nouns Amigos community.
